Guide for redeeming miles for iXu
Step 1: Members visit vietnamairlines.com home page, select “Log-in” section at the top right corner, enter the member number and password, and click “Login”.
Step 2: At the “Account Information” screen, select Redeem Miles.
Step 3: At the “Redeem online” screen, select “Redeem For iXu”.
Step 4: Link to a TCBS account or register for a TCBS account if you don’t have one.
Step 5: Fill in required information to link a TCBS account. After successful linkage, select “Redeem For iXu” and enter the number of miles you want to redeem.
