Guide for redeeming miles for VinID points on the website

Step 1: Members visit vietnamairlines.com home page, select “Log-in” section at the top right corner, enter the member number and password, and click “Login”.

Step 2: At the “Account Information” screen, select Redeem Miles.

Step 3: At the “Redeem online” screen, select “Redeem For VinID”.

Step 4: Log in and verify VinID, then select the number of miles redeemed to VinID points and select “Redeem now”.

Step 1: Log on to the Lotusmiles account.

Step 2: Select “Redeem Miles” then select “Redeem For VinID”. After that log in and verify VinID, select the number of miles redeemed to VinID points and select “Redeem now”.
